Sticky Coconut Chicken

6 chicken breasts
1 ¼ cups of canned coconut milk
4 ½ t minced fresh ginger
1 ½ t pepper
1 ½ t chili flakes
3 green onions


Chili Glaze
1 ¼ c rice vinegar
¾ cup sugar 4 ½ T Soy Sauce
1 ½ t chili flakes

24 labels- Sticky Coconut Chicken- Thaw completely. Grill Chicken until cooked through and baste with leftover marinade. While chicken is grilling bring the ingredients from the small Ziploc to a boil. (Optional….For a thicker sauce, once the sauce comes to a boil, add a mixture of 1 t cornstarch and 1/8 cup of water and slowly pour a little at a time in boiling mixture while constantly whisking . Continue boiling and whisking until you reach your desired consistency). When chicken is cooked, pour chili glaze on top. Serve with rice. 4-29-10
