Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Print Author: Cookies & Cups Serves: serves 6 Ingredients 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese 2 (1 oz) packets dry Ranch seasoning 8 oz bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled Instructions In a slow cooker combine place chicken, cream cheese, and Ranch seasoning. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until chicken shreds easily. Once chicken shreds stir with a large fork or spoon, so the chicken shreds and all the ingredients combine. Add in crumbled bacon and stir to incorporate. Serve warm. Label (12) Slow Cooker Crack Chicken Sandwiches Place 2 lbs chicken breast in the crockpot add bag of ingredients cook low for 6-8 hrs or high 4 hrs. Shred chicken mix & serve warm. 2/26/15

24 rhodes rolls 1 cup pizza sauce any of your favortie pizza toppings Let rolls thaw & slightly rise.Knead three rolls together and spread in an oval for the bottom of the calzone.Fill the calzone with whatever toppings you like best.Knead three more rolls together and spread in an oval for the top of the calzone. Cover the toppings and seal the top and bottom of the calzone together.Repeat 3 times.

24 labels: Calzones: Thaw. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce. 2-26-15

Hamburger Tetrazzini

Hamburger Tetrazzini
1 lb. uncooked spaghetti
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp. minced onion
2 tbs. olive oil
3 cans COM soup
1 lb. hamburger
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 c grated parmesan cheese, divided

Label: Cook 1/2 package of Spaghetti according to package directions. In a skillett, add oil and saute the mushrooms, onions, and garlic until tender. Add a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 1 1/4 cup of water and stir in the soup, hamburger, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Drain spaghetti, stir into the hamburger mixture. **Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup **

Transfer into greased 8 in. square baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake casserole covered at 350 for 45 min. Uncover and bake for 5-10 more min. or until bubbly. 2/26/15

Honey Nut Stir-Fry

1 pound chicken breast
3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large carrots, sliced diagonally
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup cashews or peanuts
Hot cooked rice

Cut chicken into thin strips; set aside.  Combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger in bowl; mix well.  Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet.  Add carrots and celery; stir-fry about 3 minutes.  Remove vegetables; set aside.  Pour remaining 1 tbsp oil into skillet.  Add chicken; stir-fry about 3 minutes.  Return vegetables to skillet; add honey mixture and nuts.  Cook and stir over medium-high heat until sauce comes to a boil and thickens.  Serve over rice.

Label (12):  Heat 1tbsp oil in skillet & stir-fry carrots & celery for 3 minutes; set aside.  Add 1 tbsp oil & cook chicken in skillet.  Return veggies & add honey mixture & nuts.  Cook until sauce boils & thickens.  Serve over rice.

White Chicken Chili

1 Tbsp cornstarch 

2 TBS minced onion 
1 4 oz can chopped green chilis
2 cans white beans (drained) 
2 tsp cumin 
1 tsp chili powder 
1 lb. Boneless chicken 
1 15 oz can chicken broth 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp pepper 
Place all ingreadients except chicken broth in large freezer bag, toss to coat and freeze. When ready, place ingredients in crock pot, add chicken broth and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Remove chicken, shred and return to crockpot. 
Label(24): Place ingredients in crock pot. Add chicken broth and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Remove chicken, shredd and return to crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream. 2/26/15

Cilantro Lime Chicken with Corn and Black Beans

3-4 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 bunch cilantro
1-16 oz bag of frozen corn
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin or chipotle powder
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a ziploc bag and freeze.

Labels (24): Place 3-4 chicken breasts and ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. 2/26/15
