Label (12) : Kalua Pork Place pork in crockpot, put meat in and rub in salt, pour bottle of liquid smoke over pork. Shake salt over the top. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Shred & serve with rice. 1/21/16

Beef Stroganoff

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 packet dried onion soup mix
1 lb. beef
1 c. fresh mushrooms
8oz sour cream

Label (12):
Beef Stroganoff. Put 3 ingredients in crockpot. Cook high 3 hours or cook low 5 hours. Put sour cream and mushrooms in for last hour.  Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles.  1/21/16

Ranch Porkchops - Crockpot

6 Boneless Porkchops 1
 Ranch Dry Season Packet
 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
 1 Can of milk
 Mix well combine in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

 Label(24) Crockpot Ranch Porkchops. Place in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. 1/21/16

Baked Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
  • 3-4 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ cup cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red chili paste (like Sriracha)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup peanuts
  • green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In separate bowls, place cornstarch and slightly beaten eggs. Dip chicken into cornstarch then coat in egg mixture. (Yes you dip the chicken in cornstarch first, then the egg.. trust me. :))
  3. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
  4. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, red chili paste, minced garlic, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and toss to coat. Add the chopped red peppers and peanuts on top. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Stir the chicken every 15 minutes or so to coat them in the sauce.

Mississippi Roast

Labels 12: Mississippi Pot Roast. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle seasoning on roast. Place stick of butter and peppers on top of roast. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Do not add water. 1/21/16

Chicken Ceasar Sandwiches



2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite Caesar dressing 
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce 
12 slider buns or 4-6 regular sized hamburger buns 1. 


 Place chicken in a 3-4 quart slow cooker with 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. Remove chicken from cooker using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker. Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat. Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. Stir until mixed evenly. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto each slider bun if you are making sliders or more for regular sized buns. Top with extra shredded Parmesan cheese and lettuce to serve.


Label: (24)Chicken Caesar Sandwiches. Put chicken in crockpot w/ 1-2 c water cook 4-6hrs. Take out,shred,drain water,put back in w/bag of sauce. Cook 30 min. Serve on bun w/lettuce & cheese. If you want super easy, use rotisserie chicken and skip the crockpot.  1/13/16.

Orzo Meatball Soup

4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 beef bouillon cubes
2 large carrots, shredded
1 1/2 T dried minced onions
6 oz. frozen spinach
25 meatballs
1 cup Orzo noodles
9 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup Parmesan

Combine bouillon cubes and water, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Parmesan, stirring to combine.

Labels 12: Add 9 1/2 cups water, noodles and meatball bag to big pot. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, adding Parmesan and stirring well to combine.

7 Can Soup


1 can Meat-only Chili
1 can 15-ounce Kidney Beans
1 can (15 Ounce) Pinto Beans
1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
1 can 15-ounce Diced Tomatoes
1 can (15-ounce) Corn (Fiesta Variety)
1 can (10 Ounce) Rotel
1 lb. Ground Beef
Salt And Pepper, to taste
8 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cubed

Label (12).  Brown ground beef.  Without draining the cans, empty the corn, chili, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes and Rotel into a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to bring all the flavors together. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Dice the cheese and stir it into the soup until melted. Serve immediately. 1/21/16
