tortellini soup

1-20oz bag of fresh tortellini 2 cups of fresh spinach (using frozen for freezer group) 2 - 15oz cans of diced tomatoes 4 cups of chicken broth 1 - 8oz block of cream cheese, broken into chunks 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon dried oregano 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Label: Cook 4 to 5 hours in crockpot on high.

Meatloaf patties

1 lb hamburger
1 small potato finely grated
1 small carrot finely grated
1 tsp dried onion
1 egg
breadcrumbs


Mix first 5 ingredients.  Add enough breadcrumbs in order to form a meat patty.  Form meat patties and place in a skillet and brown on each side.  When both sides are browned, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk.  Simmer for about 20 minutes until patties are done.  Serve over rice.

Marinated Chicken

Marinated Chicken 6-8 chicken breasts 1/2 cup oil 1 cup 7 up or Sprite 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 Tbsp Horseradish 1/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder Place all ingredients in bag and mix the bag up. Freeze it and when ready defrost meal completely. The Chicken will marinate as it defrosts. Place on Grill and cook until done. Label (24) Marinated Chicken defrost and grill until done. 05/01/14

Mississippi Pot Roast

3 lb Chuck Roast 3 Tbs Ranch Powder 3 Tbs Au Jus Mix (McCormick) 1 Stick of Butter 5 Pepperoncini Peppers Label (12) Mississippi Roast: Thaw Place meat in crock pot, sprinkle seasoning on, place stick of butter & peppers on top of roast Do not add water. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. 5/1/2014

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken BBQ

3-4 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Directions Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken. Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low. Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite Caesar dressing 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley (if you don't have fresh use around 2 teaspoons of dried parsley) 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce 12 slider buns or 4-6 regular sized hamburger buns 1. Place chicken in a 3-4 quart slow cooker with 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. 2. Remove chicken from cooker using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker. Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat. 3. Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. I really make sure that I discard any fat pieces so by the time I was done I only used about 1/2 cup of dressing but you make need more if you have more chicken. Stir until mixed evenly. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot. 4. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto each slider bun if you are making sliders or more for regular sized buns. Top with extra shredded Parmesan cheese and lettuce to serve. Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork

2 lb Pork Tenderloins 12 oz Root Beer 1 cup BBQ sauce 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper In a slow cooker, whisk together the root beer, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Add pork tenderloins. One Pot Sausage Skillet Pasta

Ingredients 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, diced 1 (12.8-ounce) package smoked andouille sausage, thinly sliced 2 cups chicken broth 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup milk 8 ounces elbows pasta Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese Instructions Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, onion and sausage, and cook, stirring frequently, until sausage is lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in chicken brown, tomatoes, milk and pasta; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 12-14 minutes. Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
