Cheesy Chicken Bacon Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients: * (1) 32 oz bag of tater tots * (1) 3 oz bag of bacon bits * 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast * 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese * 3/4 cup milk * Salt & Pepper Directions: 1. Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray or use a Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner . 2. Dump half of the tater tots in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add 1/3 of the bacon bits and 3/4 cup cheese. 3. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add on top of the tater tot, bacon and cheese in your slow cooker. 4. Season with salt and pepper. Add 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/3 of the bacon bits. 5. Add the rest of the tater tots and top with the remaining cheese and bacon. 6. Evenly pour the milk over the mixture, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours. My slow cooker, I cooked about 4 hours. If you have an older slow cooker you may need to cook closer to the 6 hour time. Crockpot Teriyaki Pork for the Freezer

3lbs cut up pork tenderloin 1 onion, sliced ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup brown sugar 1t minced garlic ½ t ginger powder Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Seal the bag and squish around to mix it up. Freeze. On cooking day dump contents into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and tender. Serve over white or brown rice. Label (12) Crockpot Teriyaki Pork Put in crockpot on low for 8 hrs or until cooked. Serve over rice.

Cranberry Meatballs

1 1/2 Lbs Meatballs 9 oz Chili sauce 1 can whole cranberries 1/4 cup brown sugar Combine ingredients together. Place in pan or crockpot and heat until warm. Label(24)Cranberry Meatballs Place in pan or crockpot & heat until warm. 12/3/14

Wingers Sticky Finger Chicken

Recipe already on blog 6-7 Breaded Chicken Fingers Sauce 1 cup Franks red hot sauce 1 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp butter Mix all ingredients in sauce pan on low heat. Stir slowly until sugar is dissolved into the sauce. If it need to be thicker add more brown sugar or let it stand. Coat chicken fingers well with sauce and bake for 12 min on each side. For crispier chicken put under the broiler for 3 min on each side. Let cool for a few min and serve over salad with Ranch Dressing. Slow Cooker Caesar Chicken Sandwich

Sausage & Tortellini Soup

Ingredients: 3 cups cooked Italian sausage 3 cups uncooked tortellini 4 cups water 1 can evaporated milk 6 chicken boullion cubes 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. chives salt & pepper to taste parmesan cheese Put all ingredients except tortellini in medium size sauce pan and bring to boil. Allow to simmer about 15 minutes. Add tortellini and allow to boil according to pasta pkg. instructions. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve. Label (12) Sausage & Tortellini Place liquid bag in pot & start to warm. Brown sausage & add to pot. Simmer for 15 mins & then add tortellini & cook according to pkg. Sprinkle with cheese & serve. Angel Chicken Pasta

6 chicken breasts 1/4 cup butter 1 package dry italian salad dressing mix 1 can of condensed golden mushroom soup 1/2 can chicken broth 4 ounces cream cheese with chives 1 pound angel hair pasta Meal Preparation Directions: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in the package of dressing mix. Blend in golden mushroom soup and chicken broth. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Heat through, but do not boil. Arrange chicken breasts in crockpot and pour sauce on top of chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours (Depending on crockpot). You can shred chicken OR leave it as whole chicken breasts. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Label: (24) Directions for freezer meal: Angel Chicken Pasta Thaw bag. Spread over 6 chicken breasts in a crockpot. Cook for 3-4 hours on high. You may shred the chicken OR leave them as whole breasts for your meal. While chicken in cooling down prepare pasta noodles. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles. 12/4/14

Crock Pot Sausage & Chicken Jambalaya

1-2 boneless chicken thighs
1 onion chopped
4 stalks celery - chopped
1 - 14.5 ounce can of chicken broth
1 10 ounce can tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 green bell pepper - chopped
1 lb sausage
2 cups instant rice

Place chicken thighs in bottom of crock pot.  Cover with onions & celery.  Add chicken broth & tomato paste.  Stir to combine chicken broth & tomato paste.  Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.

30 mins prior to serving, break up chicken with a large spoon - it should just fall apart.  Add cooked sausage slices, bell pepper, instant rice & seasonings.  Stir very well to make sure rice is mixed with liquids.

Place lid back on crock pot & cook covered on low for 30 mins more.  Serve

Label (24) Crock Pot Jambalaya Place chicken in crockpot, cover w/ onion & celery.  Add bag of broth. Cook low for 5-6 hrs. 30 mins before serving break up chicken, add cooked sausage, bell pepper, bag of rice.  Stir well. Cook low 30 mins.

Crockpot Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic- Pressed and Divided
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese- Cubed (or a tad bit more for a cheesier sandwich)
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Onion- Finely Chopped Onion
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Garnish- Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Pickles, Tomato, Etc.
Instructions
  1. Brown beef in a skillet with one clove of the garlic and seasonings.
  2. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Label (24) Crockpot Cheeseburgers - Brown ground beef, add to crockpot with cheese, add 2 Tbsp milk.  Cook low 5-6 hours. Serve on bun. 10/23/14

Crock Pot Lemon Chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 heaping tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning
Juice of half a lemon

Pour the soup in a medium sized bowl and add the lemon juice and lemon pepper. Add half a soup can of water to the mix. Stir it up.
Pour it over the chicken in the crock pot.


Label (24): Crock Pot Lemon Chicken   Place in the crock pot.  Let it cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. 10-23-14

6 chicken breasts
1 cup spinach artichoke dip
4 diced tomatoes
6 slices provalone cheese

Labels-Place chicken in the bottom of pan. Cover each breast with dip and one slice of provalone. Sprinkle on tomatoes. Freeze. Defrost completely. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken is 160 degrees.

Ham and Cheese Quiche

2 pastry shells
2 cups cooked diced ham
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. chives
4 eggs
2 cups half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Line un-pricked pastry shell with double thickness of foil.  Bake at 400 for 5 minutes, remove foil and bake 5 more minutes. Divide ham and cheese, onion and chives between the shells.  Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper; divide between shells.  Cover edges with foil and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting. 

24 Labels: Ham and Cheese Quiche.  Defrost.  Line un-pricked pastry shell with double thickness of foil.  Bake at 400 for 5 minutes, remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.  Pour bag into pie shell, covering edges with tinfoil.  Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting. 10/23/14

Crock Pot Chili

Brown and drain:
1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
Pour into crockpot with:
3 to 4 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste

Cook on high 2 to 3 hours

Labels (12): Cook on high 2-3 hours in crock pot. 10-23-14.

White Bean Chicken Chili

3 - 15 oz cans chicken broth 3 cans great northern white beans, left undrained 4 frozen chicken breasts 1 - 16 oz jar of salsa 1 - 8 oz block pepper jack cheese (grated) 2 tsp ground cumin 2 gloves garlic, minced black or white pepper to taste Optional: Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips Labels (12): Place all ingredients, including the frozen chicken breasts in a crockpot. Cook for 6-7 hours or until the chicken in cooked through. Pull out the chicken breasts and shred. Put them back in the crock pot and let cook for an additional hour. (10/23/14)

Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin

Label 12: Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin Thaw. Preheat oven to 400. Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until a golden brown crust starts to form. Put in baking dish w/ 1/2 of the sauce over the pork (reserve the remainder). Bake for 10 mins & flip over. Add the remaining sauce (reserve 1/4 cup) & cook for 10-15 mins or until pork reaches 155 degrees. Let rest for 10 mins. Drizzle reserved sauce and cut into 1/2″ slices. 9-4-14

Beef Tips with Gravy

2LBS Beef Stew Meat 1 Pkg Onion soup mix 1Pkg Beef Gravy 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 Cup Water Place 2 lbs cubed meat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large bowl mix onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, can of cream soup and 1 c water and pour over the meat. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 Hours. Do not remove foil until done. Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Ingredients: 1 - 16 oz jar salsa 1 - 1.25 oz. package dry taco seasoning mix 1 lime juiced 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 3-4 chicken breasts Place salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice and cilantro into slow cooker and stir to combine. Add chicken breasts and stir to coat with the salsa mixture. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker for 30 minutes. Bacon Ranch Crockpot Chicken

2 butterball turkey bacon strips, cooked and shredded 1 tsp minced garlic 1 package ranch dressing mix 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (98% fat free) 1 cup fat-free sour cream 16 oz. chicken breasts 8 oz. pasta (I used rigatoni) Combine the first five ingredients. Place chicken in slowcooker and pour sauce over the top. Cook on high for 3.5 hours. Serve over hot noodles. Pepperoni Pizza Braid Freezer Meal Recipe

• 1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough • ¼ C tomato paste • 1 tsp crushed oregano • ¼ tsp garlic powder • 1 C Chopped pepperoni • 1 C Shredded mozzarella cheese • *For a ham & cheese braid variation use the following ingredients INSTEAD of the ingredients listed above (which are for the pepperoni version) • 1 stick butter • ½ envelope of hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix • ¾ lb thinly sliced ham • 1½ C shredded cheddar cheese • Combine melted butter and ranch mix together to create a spread and use that instead of tomato paste. Top with your ham and cheese. Follow full directions below Instructions 1. Let bread dough thaw overnight in fridge or follow package directions for thawing. 2. Roll bread dough into rectangle shape so it is ½” thick. 3. Spread tomato paste on center leaving edges clean. 4. Top with herbs, pepperoni and cheese. 5. Use pizza cutter to cut even number of strips down each side. 6. Start at the bottom and take each piece and cross them, braiding until you reach the end. Cross and twist to seal the end. 7. Wrap with plastic wrap and then foil. 8. Cooking Day: 9. Thaw overnight in fridge. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and cover with greased plastic wrap. 10. A couple hours before baking let rise on counter until double in size. 11. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. LABEL (12): Pepperoni Pizza Braid Thaw overnight in fridge. Cheez It Chicken

Cheez-It Chicken 20 chicken tenders 2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing 6 cups Cheez-Its, crushed 1 cup butter, melted Crush the Cheez-Its by placing them in a large ziploc bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Preheat the oven to 375. Roll the chicken tenders in the sour cream and then in the Cheez-It crumbs. Place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Label(24): Cheez-It Chicken Thaw Chicken Dip in sour cream or ranch, dip in crackers, place in pan melt butter pour over top. Bake 375 for 40 mins. 06/26/14

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup milk 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 4 ounces sliced ham 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese 1 (8oz) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix 1/4 cup butter, melted Combine cream of chicken soup and milk. Label(12): Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu Pour enough of the soup mix (soup&milk) into a slow cooker to cover the bottom. Layer chicken breasts over the suace. Cover with slices of ham and then Swiss cheese. Pour the remaining soup over the layers, stirring a little to distribute between layers. Sprinkle the stuffing on the top and drizzle butter over stuffing. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours or 2 to 3 hours on high. 6/26/14

Italian Pork Chops

Italian Pork Chops 6 boneless pork chops,same thickness 2 large egg, beaten 2 tbsp milk 1 cup Panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp parsley 1/2 tsp garlic powder In two shallow bowls, mix together egg and milk in the first bowl and the Panko, herbs and seasonings in the second. Dip the pork chops (both sides) in the egg mixture and then both sides in the Panko mixture. Place in an aluminum foil lined pan. Bake at 350° and bake until the internal temperature of the pork chops are at least 145°. Label (24) Italian Pork Chops In a bowl add 2 eggs & 2 tbsp milk, dip chops & then dip in mixture. Cook in foil lined pan at 350 for 40-60 mins or until 145 degrees. 06/26/14

Tortellini Bake

Ingredients: -1 bag of frozen cheese filled tortellini (19 or 20 oz) -1 jar of alfredo sauce (15 oz) -1/2 jar of marinara sauce -1/2 cup shredded mozzarella -1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Mix with the alfredo and marinara sauce in an 8x8 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesean. Bake for fifteen minutes Then broil for five minutes to get a nice bubbly and golden topping. Serve immediately. Label (24) Tortellini Bake - Cook the tortellini according to package, mix in bag with sauces. Place in 8x8 dish. Top with cheese. Bake 15 mins & broil 5 mins. 06/26/14

Ranch Cheddar Burgers

Ranch Cheddar Burgers Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 1 cup shredded or cubed cheddar cheese 3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix Freezing Directions: Combine beef, ranch dressing mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently shape 6 patties of equal size and thickness. With your thumb, or back of a spoon, make a shallow indentation about 1 inch wide in the center of each patty. This helps that patties to cook evenly. Place a small square of wax or parchment paper between each patty and place in gallon size freezer bag. Freeze up to 3 months. TO SERVE: Thaw desired number of patties. Grill patties over direct high heat with the lid closed as much as possible, until cooked to medium doneness – 8-10 minutes, turning once. Or cook in fry pan on stove top over med- high heat until done. If desired, during the last minute of grilling/frying, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt. Serve warm on hamburger buns with tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing. Label: (24) Ranch Cheddar Burgers Grill until done 06/26/14

4 tablespoons dry onion soup mix (Liptons) 3 cups water 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon 1 lb finely sliced deli roast beef 4 large hoagie rolls 4 slices favorite white cheese salt and pepper Label (12) French Dip Sandwiches Thaw and place sauce in pan. Honey balsamic chicken

1 1/2 pounds of chicken 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic 2 T olive oil (divided) Salt & Pepper to taste 1 T butter 2 T balsamic vinegar 3 T honey Labels:24 Honey Balsamic Chicken:marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Heat 1 T olive oil in a skillet over med heat & cook chicken on each side until browned. REMOVE CHICKEN. Turn the heat down to med-low & add butter-balsamic bag. Stir & mix until sticky bits on bottom are dissolved. Add honey, increase heat & simmer until sauce is thickened (5mins). Add salt/pepper & toss chicken in sauce, then serve. 6-26-14

1-20oz bag of fresh tortellini 2 cups of fresh spinach (using frozen for freezer group) 2 - 15oz cans of diced tomatoes 4 cups of chicken broth 1 - 8oz block of cream cheese, broken into chunks 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon dried oregano 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Label: Cook 4 to 5 hours in crockpot on high.

Meatloaf patties

1 lb hamburger
1 small potato finely grated
1 small carrot finely grated
1 tsp dried onion
1 egg
breadcrumbs


Mix first 5 ingredients.  Add enough breadcrumbs in order to form a meat patty.  Form meat patties and place in a skillet and brown on each side.  When both sides are browned, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk.  Simmer for about 20 minutes until patties are done.  Serve over rice.

Marinated Chicken

Marinated Chicken 6-8 chicken breasts 1/2 cup oil 1 cup 7 up or Sprite 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 Tbsp Horseradish 1/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder Place all ingredients in bag and mix the bag up. Mississippi Pot Roast

3 lb Chuck Roast 3 Tbs Ranch Powder 3 Tbs Au Jus Mix (McCormick) 1 Stick of Butter 5 Pepperoncini Peppers Label (12) Mississippi Roast: Thaw Place meat in crock pot, sprinkle seasoning on, place stick of butter & peppers on top of roast Do not add water. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. 5/1/2014

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken BBQ

3-4 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Directions Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken. Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low. Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite Caesar dressing 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley (if you don't have fresh use around 2 teaspoons of dried parsley) 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce 12 slider buns or 4-6 regular sized hamburger buns 1. Place chicken in a 3-4 quart slow cooker with 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. 2. Remove chicken from cooker using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker. Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat. 3. Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. I really make sure that I discard any fat pieces so by the time I was done I only used about 1/2 cup of dressing but you make need more if you have more chicken. Stir until mixed evenly. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot. 4. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto each slider bun if you are making sliders or more for regular sized buns. Top with extra shredded Parmesan cheese and lettuce to serve. Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork

2 lb Pork Tenderloins 12 oz Root Beer 1 cup BBQ sauce 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper In a slow cooker, whisk together the root beer, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Add pork tenderloins. One Pot Sausage Skillet Pasta

Ingredients 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, diced 1 (12.8-ounce) package smoked andouille sausage, thinly sliced 2 cups chicken broth 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup milk 8 ounces elbows pasta Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese Instructions Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, onion and sausage, and cook, stirring frequently, until sausage is lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in chicken brown, tomatoes, milk and pasta; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 12-14 minutes. Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Tortilla Soup

1 32 oz box chicken or vegetable stock (I like Swanson 100% Natural or organic) 1 15 oz can refried beans (check ingredients carefully; organic is preferable) 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed (preferable organic) 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes (juice and all) 1 small can diced green chiles 1/2 package of frozen corn or 1 can corn (drained) 1-2 cup cooked instant brown rice 1/2-1 cup salsa 3/4 packet of taco seasoning a dash of cumin a dash of garlic powder Optional Toppings: sour cream, cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips Mix all ingredients together (except toppings) and let simmer over low heat for at least 10 minutes but longer is fine. FREEZER LABELS: Defrost and let simmer over low heat until warm.

2 - 9 oz. packages of Refrigerator Ravioli - filled with meat 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Jar Prego Spagetti Sauce 2 cups shredded cheese Directions: Layer some sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Spread 1 package of ravioli on bottom, cover with a layer of sauce, 1 Tbsp garlic and cheese. Layer next package of ravioli, top with remaining sauce, garlic and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tossed salad and warm garlic bread. Label(12): Cheesy Ravioli Bake Thaw and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until warm in middle. 03/11/14

BBQ Ribs

12 Labels: Defrost first. Place rack of ribs, fat side up, in pan and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 250° for 3-4 hours. Remove from oven, cover meat side with BBQ sauce. Either place back in oven for 15 minutes uncovered or can be grilled. 3/11/14

Sour Cream Chicken

2 pounds chicken tenders 1 1/2 cups of curshed Garlic Herb Croutons 1 cup sour cream kosher salt freshly ground pepper garlic powder 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed Lay the chicken close together on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with a thick layer of sour cream. Top that with the crushed croutons and then dot with the butter. Labels (12): Sour Cream Chicken Thaw. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes. 3/11/14

Ham & Cheese Braid

1 loaf of bread dough Ham Slices Swiss Cheese Slices 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup Sour Cream Cut 1 inch strips down both sides of the bread. Put filling along center, fold strips over, alternating sides, press ends closed so it is sealed. Spray with Pam or brush with melted butter to keep the lines in the bread. Allow to rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Make cream sauce and top it. Labels (24): Ham and Cheese Braid Thaw completely. Allow to rise for 25 min. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Add 1 cup sour cream to 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup and warm. Top off braid with sauce. 3/11/14

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Cilantro Rice

Chicken..... * 3 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs * 3/4 cup soy sauce * 3/4 cup water * 3/4 cup coconut milk (from a can, save the rest for the rice) * 3 huge Tbs brown sugar * 3 scallions, chopped * 1/2 white onion, chopped * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1/2 tsp sesame oil Rice.... * 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice * 1 cup (remaining from the can) coconut milk * 1/2 cup cilantro, plus more for garnish Combine everything except the chicken in a large sealable plastic bag, then dump the chicken in. Seal it up, swish it around. Stick her in the fridge for about 4 hours. Flip the chicken half-way through. When you’re ready to grill, preheat the grill to medium. Add the chicken and grill until cooked through, maybe 6 minutes per side. Tent and let rest a couple of minutes. Pour the coconut milk and another cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, until the rice is cooked and fluffy. Stir in the cilantro before serving. Label-24 Grilled Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Cilantro Rice Pre-heat the grill to medium. Add the chicken and grill until cooked through. Tent and let rest a couple of minutes. Pour the coconut milk and ADD 1 CUP of WATER in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, until the rice is cooked and fluffy. Chicken Taco Pasta

Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1 can of black beans rinsed and drained 1 can corn drained 1 can diced chilies 1 packet taco seasoning 12-18oz salsa 8 oz. cream cheese 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix 1 can olives, sliced 12 oz. of cooked penne pasta shredded cheddar cheese for topping Label (24): Bake in a 13x9 casserole dish at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Add the cheese when it's done or if you like it melted put it on a few minutes before it is done in the oven.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parmigiana Sandwiches

Slow Cooker Chicken Parmigiana Sandwiches Recipe Ingredients •29 ounces canned tomato sauce •14.5 ounces canned petite diced tomatoes •12 ounces canned tomato paste •2 cups sweet yellow onion, finely diced •1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped (about 2 cloves) •½ teaspoon dried parsley leaves •½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves •2 bay leaves •4 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped (about 6 leaves) •3-4 large THAWED/FRESH boneless, skinless chicken breasts •sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese •grated parmesan cheese •4-6 hard rolls •butter Instructions 1.Start the slow cooker on low heat. 2.Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and stir until combined. 3.Add onions, garlic, stir. 4.Add parsley, oregano, bay leaves, basil and stir. 5.Set chicken breast on top of the sauce, sprinkle generously with salt/pepper, cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 6.Use two forks to shred the chicken. 7.Slice the hard rolls in half and toast on a hot buttered skillet. 8.Use tongs to grab chunks of the chicken, tapping the excess sauce into the pot before adding to your roll. 9.Top with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan, sliced mozzarella and serve. Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Ingredients: 1 - 16 oz jar salsa 1 - 1.25 oz. package dry taco seasoning mix 1 lime juiced 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 3-4 chicken breasts Place salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice and cilantro into slow cooker and stir to combine. Add chicken breasts and stir to coat with the salsa mixture. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker for 30 minutes. Label (24) Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Place Chicken & sauce in crock pot. Cook high 4 hrs or low 6-8 hrs. Shred Chicken & cook 30 mins more. 01/23/14

French Dip Sandwiches

4 tablespoons dry onion soup mix (Liptons) 3 cups water 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon 1 lb finely sliced deli roast beef 4 large hoagie rolls 4 slices favorite white cheese salt and pepper Label (12) French Dip Sandwiches Thaw and place sauce in pan. Bring to boil and place meat in sauce until warm. Remove from heat & serve on roll with cheese on top. Use sauce to dip sandwich in. 01/23/14

12 Labels: 3 Packet Pot Roast Thaw. Place 1 cup of water and all three packets in the crock pot and stir. Then place Pot Roast in and cook on low for 8 hours. (can be cooked on high for 4-5 hours) 20-30 minutes before eating add 2 more cups of warm water and flip to high. 1/23/14

Slow Cooker General Tso's Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/2 cup water 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce 4 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 Tbsp ketchup 1-2 tsp fresh ginger 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp crushed red pepper salt to taste 2 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with water Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken inside. In a medium bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch and salt. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 2 hours or low 4-5 hours. You may need a little longer is using chicken thighs or frozen chicken. Remove chicken and shred or chop. Return to cooker. Stir cornstarch into 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Add to chicken mixture and allow mixture to cook about 30 more minutes on high. Add more cornstarch if needed. Add salt to taste. Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions. Labels (24): Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Place 4 chicken breasts inside. Pour ingredients except cornstarch/salt. Cook on high 2 hours or low 4-5 hours. Remove chicken and shred or chop. Return to cooker. Stir cornstarch into 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Add to chicken mixture and cook about 30 more minutes on high. 1/23/14

Bacon Ranch Crockpot Chicken

2 butterball turkey bacon strips, cooked and shredded 1 tsp minced garlic 1 package ranch dressing mix 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (98% fat free) 1 cup fat-free sour cream 16 oz. chicken breasts 8 oz. pasta (I used rigatoni) Combine the first five ingredients. Place chicken in slowcooker and pour sauce over the top. Cook on high for 3.5 hours. Serve over hot noodles. Label (24) Bacon Ranch Slowcooker Chicken Place chicken in crock pot, pour sauce over, cook on high 3.5 hrs. Serve over cooked noodles. 1/14

Tortellini Bake

Tortellini Bake Ingredients: -1 bag of frozen cheese filled tortellini (19 or 20 oz) -1 jar of alfredo sauce (15 oz) -1/2 jar of marinara sauce -1/2 cup shredded mozzarella -1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Mix with the alfredo and marinara sauce in an 8x8 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesean. Bake for fifteen minutes Then broil for five minutes to get a nice bubbly and golden topping. Serve immediately. Label (24) Tortellini Bake - Cook the tortellini according to package, mix in bag with sauces. Place in 8x8 dish. Top with cheese. Bake 15 mins & broil 5 mins. 01/23/14
