Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin

Label 12: Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin Thaw. Preheat oven to 400. Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until a golden brown crust starts to form. Put in baking dish w/ 1/2 of the sauce over the pork (reserve the remainder). Bake for 10 mins & flip over. Add the remaining sauce (reserve 1/4 cup) & cook for 10-15 mins or until pork reaches 155 degrees. Let rest for 10 mins. Drizzle reserved sauce and cut into 1/2″ slices. 9-4-14
