1 lb hamburger
1 small potato finely grated
1 small carrot finely grated
1 tsp dried onion
1 egg
breadcrumbs
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add enough breadcrumbs in order to form a meat patty. Form meat patties and place in a skillet and brown on each side. When both sides are browned, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk. Simmer for about 20 minutes until patties are done. Serve over rice.

Sloppy Joes
Sloppy Joes

1/2 tsp salt
Brown and add the remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp catsup
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 bay leaves
I will do my own labels. Labels: warm to desired temp and serve on buns.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 can minced green chilies
4 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 chopped sweet onion
1 cup celery
Brown meat and drain.
Saute onions and and celery.
Add remainder of ingredients.
Add meat.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Labels (12): Defrost. Cook until warm.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns. 01/10/12

Hamburger 'n' fixing sandwiches
1 pound ground beef
Buns
1can french onion soup
1/4 C. Ketchup
2 T. Chopped dill pickle
2 tsp. Spicy brown mustard
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Brown hamburger over medium heat. Spoon
off fat. Meanwhile, toast buns. * Stir soup, ketchup,
pickle, mustard, and pepper into skillet. Heat to boiling,
reduce heat to low, heat through. Serve on toasted buns.
Top with desired toppings.
* Lettuce, chopped onion, tomato and relish.
