Lion House Sweet & Sour Meatballs

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cidar vinegar (just not white vinegar)
2 t. prepared mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 t. worcestershire sauce

Combine ingredients & blend thoroughly.
Thaw Completely Place Meatballs and sauce in crockpot and cook until warm.

Sticky Coconut Chicken

6 chicken breasts
1 ¼ cups of canned coconut milk
4 ½ t minced fresh ginger
1 ½ t pepper
1 ½ t chili flakes
3 green onions

Chili Glaze
1 ¼ c rice vinegar
¾ cup sugar 4 ½ T Soy Sauce
1 ½ t chili flakes

24 labels- Sticky Coconut Chicken- Thaw completely. Grill Chicken until cooked through and baste with leftover marinade. While chicken is grilling bring the ingredients from the small Ziploc to a boil. (Optional….For a thicker sauce, once the sauce comes to a boil, add a mixture of 1 t cornstarch and 1/8 cup of water and slowly pour a little at a time in boiling mixture while constantly whisking . Continue boiling and whisking until you reach your desired consistency). When chicken is cooked, pour chili glaze on top. Serve with rice. 4-29-10

Spaghetti Chicken

3 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 Tbsp balsalmic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 pkg noodles

Label: (12) Spaghetti Chicken Place chicken & broth in crockpot & cook high for 4 hrs. After 3 hrs drain off most juice and shred meat. Pour sauce and add brown sugar & vinegar cook 1 hour. Cook noodles and top with mixture. 4/29/10
1 bag hashbrowns
Ham slices
Sliced cheddar cheese
Cream of chicken soup
Label (12): Ham and Potatoes: In greased crock pot, layer ham, potatoes, and cheese. Repeat. You can salt and pepper potatoes to taste on each layer. Make as many layers as desired. Top each layer with whipped cream of chicken soup. 4/29/10

Pork Pot Roast

Crockpot 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or rolls.

Beef Burgandy

Stew Meat
1 can of cream of mushroom, celery, and chicken soups
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 can of burgandy wine
1 can of mushrooms (optional)

Label: (24) Beef Burgandy Thaw and cook in crock pot 3-4 hours on high. 4/29/10

Polynesian Chicken Marinade

1 gallon Soy sauce (low sodium)
3 gallons water
1 c fresh garlic chopped fine
1 c ginger chopped fine
1.5 lbs brown suger
1 bunch green onions chopped fine
Aprox. 48 chicken breasts

Mix ingredients into lg cooler. Add frozen chicken. Marinade 2 days. grill until cooked. Be sure to use frozen chicken.

Label (no labels) Polynesian Chicken Marinade Thaw, let marinade for 2 days. Grill until done. 4/29/10
