tortellini soup
1-20oz bag of fresh tortellini
2 cups of fresh spinach (using frozen for freezer group)
2 - 15oz cans of diced tomatoes
4 cups of chicken broth
1 - 8oz block of cream cheese, broken into chunks
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Label: Cook 4 to 5 hours in crockpot on high.
