Crockpot Teriyaki Pork for the Freezer
3lbs cut up pork tenderloin
1 onion, sliced
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1t minced garlic
½ t ginger powder
Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Seal the bag and squish around to mix it up. Freeze. On cooking day dump contents into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and tender. Serve over white or brown rice.
Label (12) Crockpot Teriyaki Pork Put in crockpot on low for 8 hrs or until cooked. Serve over rice.
Cranberry Meatballs
1 1/2 Lbs Meatballs
9 oz Chili sauce
1 can whole cranberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
Combine ingredients together. Place in pan or crockpot and heat until warm.

Wingers Sticky Finger Chicken

6-7 Breaded Chicken Fingers
Sauce
1 cup Franks red hot sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan on low heat. Stir slowly until sugar is dissolved into the sauce. If it need to be thicker add more brown sugar or let it stand.
Coat chicken fingers well with sauce and bake for 12 min on each side. For crispier chicken put under the broiler for 3 min on each side. Let cool for a few min and serve over salad with Ranch Dressing.

Slow Cooker Caesar Chicken Sandwich

Label (24) Chicken Caesar Sandwiches Put chicken in crockpot w/ 1-2 c water cook 4-6hrs.Take out,shred,drain water,put back in w/bag of sauce.Cook 30 min.Serve on bun w/lettuce & cheese. 12-4-14
Balsamic Glazed Drumsticks
Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons coconut oil (olive oil would work too!)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce if you're not GF)
1 tablespoon honey

Sausage & Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked Italian sausage
3 cups uncooked tortellini
4 cups water
1 can evaporated milk
6 chicken boullion cubes
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chives
salt & pepper to taste
parmesan cheese
Put all ingredients except tortellini in medium size sauce pan and bring to boil. Allow to simmer about 15 minutes. Add tortellini and allow to boil according to pasta pkg. instructions. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve.
Label (12) Sausage & Tortellini Place liquid bag in pot & start to warm. Brown sausage & add to pot. Simmer for 15 mins & then add tortellini & cook according to pkg. Sprinkle with cheese & serve. Optional-add Kale,Mushrooms,Green Onion,or Spinach. 12/4/14

Angel Chicken Pasta
6 chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
1 package dry italian salad dressing mix
1 can of condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 can chicken broth
4 ounces cream cheese with chives
1 pound angel hair pasta
Meal Preparation Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in the package of dressing mix. Blend in golden mushroom soup and chicken broth. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Heat through, but do not boil. Arrange chicken breasts in crockpot and pour sauce on top of chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours (Depending on crockpot). You can shred chicken OR leave it as whole chicken breasts. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

Directions for freezer meal: Angel Chicken Pasta
Thaw bag. Spread over 6 chicken breasts in a crockpot. Cook for 3-4 hours on high. You may shred the chicken OR leave them as whole breasts for your meal. While chicken in cooling down prepare pasta noodles. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles.

3 lb Chuck Roast 3 Tbs Ranch Powder 3 Tbs Au Jus Mix (McCormick) 1 Stick of Butter 5 Pepperoncini Peppers Label (12) Mississippi Roast: Thaw Place meat in crock pot, sprinkle seasoning on, place stick of butter & peppers on top of roast Do not add water. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
