Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
4 tbl ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt

Baked Sweet & Sour Chicken  Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces.  Cook and season with salt & pepper.  Next dip the chicken in eggs (not in bag, use own) and then in cornstarch.  Cook in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes (brown sides).  Place chicken in 9x13 greased dish.  Pour sauce bag evenly over chicken.  Bake for one hour at 325 degrees, turning every 15 minutes.  1-15-15
