Sloppy Joe Csserole

1 pound ground beef
1 can Manwich sloppy joe sauce
2 (8 count) pkgs crescent rolls
4 cups mozzarella shredded cheese


Spray a 9x13 pan. Brown ground beef.  Once cooked, add Manwich & cook until it simmers. Unroll one package of crescent rolls and place it in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on the dough. Next spread all of the meat mixture over the cheese. Then sprinkle the last 2 cups of cheese on the meat mixture. Unroll the second package of crescent rolls, press together and place it on the top of the cheese.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the top.


Labels (12): Thaw. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the top.  3/10/16

Lion House Meatballs

SAUCE: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. apple cidar vinegar (just not white vinegar) 2 t. prepared mustard 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 2 t. worcestershire sauce Combine ingredients & blend thoroughly.


24 Labels: Lion House Sweet and Sour Meatballs  Thaw Completely Place Meatballs and sauce in crockpot and cook until warm.  3/10/16

Tortellini Bake

1 bag of frozen cheese filled tortellini (19 or 20 oz)
1 jar of alfredo sauce (15 oz)
1/2 jar of marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese





Label (24) Tortellini Bake - Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Mix with the alfredo and marinara sauce in an 8x8 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesean. Bake for 15 minutes Then broil for 5 minutes to get a nice bubbly and golden topping. Serve immediately.  3/10/16

Chicken and White Bean Chili

Chicken And White Bean Chili

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. oil
2 cans Great Northern beans (do not drain)
1 can chicken broth, 14 oz.
1 small can chopped, green chile's
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk, half & half or whipping cream

Labels 24:  Chicken & White Bean Chili- Put whole chicken breasts in crock pot w/ all ingredients except milk/cream. Cook on low for at least 5 hours or on high for 3 hours. One hour before serving, shred the chicken with fork or cut in small pieces. Add milk/cream. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.  3/10/16

Penne Russo

Labels (12) Penne Russo: Cook pasta according to directions. While cooking, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Saute bacon mixture for 1 minute. Stir in cream and tomato mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.  Toss with cooked pasta until evenly coated.  Serve with parmesan cheese on top. 3/10/16

Ranch Chicken Tacos

3-4 Chicken breasts
1 Package Ranch dressing
1 Package Taco seasoning
1 can Chicken broth

Label(24):Ranch Chicken Tacos Place in crockpot & cook 3hrs high.Shred chicken. Wrap in tortilla.Top w/ fav toppings. (lettuce, cheese, sour cream, olives, avacado, ect.) 3/10/16

Beef and Broccoli

1.5 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced and chopped into 2 inch pieces
1 cup beef broth
⅔ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
¼ tsp red chili flakes
4 cups broccoli
2 Tbsp cornstarch plus 4 Tbsp cold water

Labels (24): Beef and Broccoli. Place steak ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours. Minutes before serving, uncover the crockpot. In a small bowl whisk corn starch and water until dissolved. Add to crock pot and stir. Cover and allow to cook another 20-25 minutes.
Just before serving, steam broccoli. Drain. Stir broccoli into crockpot and serve. 3/10/16

Salsa Verde Chicken

Salsa Verde Chicken
1 1/2 Lbs Chicken
1 (16 oz) Jar Green Salsa
2 Chicken Boullion Cubes
2 Cups Water
3 Tbsp Minced Onions
1/2 t Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic
1 (4oz) Can Diced Green Chilis


Label (24) Salsa Verde Chicken
Spray crockpot with cooking spray.  Dump contents of bag and 2 CUPS OF WATER into crockpot.  Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours (if using frozen chicken, add an hour into cooking time).  Shred chicken and mix with remaining ingredients.  Serve as filling for tacos, burritos, salad or nachos.  03/10/16

Mississippi Roast

Labels 12: Mississippi Pot Roast. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle seasoning on roast. Place stick of butter and peppers on top of roast. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Do not add water. 3/10/16
