Slow Cooker Char Siu

4 pound boneless beef roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
6 Tbs ketchup
6 Tbs honey
2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
3 Tbs minced garlic


Label: Slow cooker Char Siu Cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat shreds with fork. Serve over rice or shredded cabbage. 2/11/10
