1 lb ground beef- browned
1 16 0z jar salsa
6-8 tortillas
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c milk
1 c grated cheddar cheese
mix ground beef, salsa, soup and milk. Layer tortillas, mixture, and cheese, repeat.
bake covered 400 degrees for 30 min
