French Dip Sandwiches

1 beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs)
4 cups water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
black pepper
Rolls

LABEL: Defrost and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours. 12-1-11
