Breakfast Casserole


1 lb ham
Small onion
48 oz hasbbrowns
1/4 cup milk
12 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Cheese (place on top at end of baking)

Label: Breakfast Casserole  Thaw. Pour egg mixture over contents in pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.  01/10/13
